For every person, i'ir~'.~ or corporation peddling, ...... o,
se!l'~.n~ or o:..Tering for sale i~.e cream, ice cream cornucopias, or
other iced'.. confections, :;"rein ~-,or.,~'e-drawn or ~.~otor-propol!ed vehicles,
the license fee shall be the ~m~ of Thirty (( so.oo) Dollars for a
si= months period, for each such wsf-'on or vehicle
i~rovided, '~hat no license shall be issued,..['or each auch wagon
or vehicle for a period less than six (6) months.
Frovided, further, thor no license shall be issued for
such horse-drawn or motor-propelled vehic!os except upon the apl.roval
of the Health ,~fficer.
For evor~ person, firm or corporate. on peddlS.ng, v ending,
selling or offer~ng for sa].o ice ere .~., ice cream cornucopias, or
other ice~' co~fect~.ons, from c arts which are 'orop~lle~; by manual
power, the i~.cense fi',e s~'.a~3. be the sum of Fifteen ((..15.00) Dollars
for a thr~e monthl; period, an~, Five (.[].5.00) Dollars for each addi-
tional month a~.'ter such throe nonths period, for each such cart.

are hereby expressly repealed. ..
