OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA
BE IT 0RDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance Number 427 New Series of the City of Bak-
ersfield entitled eAN ORDINANCE CREATING THE OFFICE OF COMMISSIONER
OF PUBLIC UTILITIES AND FRANCHISES, PRESCRIBING HIS DUTIES AND FIX-
ING HIS COMPENSATION" be and the same is hereby repealed.
