BE IT 0RDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TM~ CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, as follows: SECTION 1. That Section 10 of Ordinance Number 391 New Series entitled "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING AND IMPOSING MUNICIPAL LICENSES; DESCRIBING HOW AND BY WHOM LIC~NSE~ AND PERMITS SHALL BE OBTAINED; MAKING A VIOLATION HEREOF A MISDEMEAN. 0R, AND PRESCRIBING A PENALTY THEREFOR, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 348 NEW SERIES, AND ALL A~ENDM~NTS · THERETO, AND ALL OTHER' ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH" be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 10. LICENSE TO BE POSTED AND/OR DISPLAYED. Every person, firm or corporation receiving a license as provided.heroin shall p~st the same ConspiCUoUsly in..hiS.pl~Ce 9f business. All persons who have no fixed place of business and all foot peddlers must produce and show their licenses whenever requested to do so by any person who my make demand to see the same...Every person using a wheeled vehicle upon which a license is required must place and maintain the license in a suitable container so as to clearly show the entire face of said license, and shall securely fasten said container and license in plain sight in the driver's compartment of the vehicle for which the license is issued.
