SECTION 2.
This or~."inance is declared to be an emergency ordinance
within the meaning of Section 24 of the Charter of the City of Bakers-
field, State of California, and necessary for the daily operation of a
municipal department, and shall take effect on and after March 29, 193V.

are hereby expressly repealed.
