as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 55 of Ordinance Number 355 New Series of the
City of Bakers field entitled "AN ORDINANCE REGUL~TI-,~O TRAF~'IC UPON
PUBLIC STREETS OF ThE CITY OF BAKERS~iELD AND REPMff, Ii~.G ~LL 0RDINA~CES
INCONSISTENT .MEi~D: ;ITH" be and the same is hereby amended to read as
follows:
Section 33. ParkinB. Time Limited in Specified Places.
The operator of a vehicle shall not park such vehicle for
longer than one (1) hour within any business district between the hours
of 8:00 A. I'i. and 5:00 P. I..~. of a.ay day except Sunday and subject to
the special restrictions imposed by Sections 32 and 34. Signs shall
be erected and maintained not mors than one hundred fifty (150) feet
apart in each block, designati'aa the provisions of this section.
SECTION 2.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby expressly repealed.
