AN ORDINANCE REPEALING EMERGENCY

OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
CALIFORNIA.
BE IT ORDAINEDBY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Emergency Ordinance Number 498 New Series of the City
of Bakersfield, California, entitled "AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AMEND-
ING SUBDIVISION 30 OF SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE EMBER 488 NEW SERIES
OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA" be and the same is hereby
repealed.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield on the ~
