529 N~ SERIES OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
CALIFORNIA.
BE IT 0RDAINED BY THE COUT~CIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Emergency Ordinance No. 529 New Series of the City
of Bakersfield, entitled "AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A
RABIES Q:~RANTINE AGAINST DOGS AND CATS WITHIN THE CITY OF BAKERS-
FIELD AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF" be and the
same is hereby repealed.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, at a regular
