BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA.
BE IT ORDAI~D BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 494 New Series of the City of Bakers-
field, entitled "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE LICENSING OF BICYCLES,
REGULATING THEIR USE, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THERE-
OF~ be and the same is hereby repealed.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the. foregoing ordinance was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, at a regular
meeting thereof, held on the~.~ay of July, 1939, by the follow-
