SECTION 1.
That Subdivisions 54 and ~ of Section 1 of Ordinance Number
~67 New Series of the City of Bakersfield, entitled "AN ORDINANCE
FIXING THE COMPENSATION OF CERTAIN OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD AND REPEALING EMERGENCY ORDINANCE NO. ~4~ NEW
