SECTION 1.

of m~berry tree, within said City, or upon the streets, parki~ or
sidewalk spaces in front of, on, or adJoini~ said lot, lots or parcel
of land.
SECTION 2.
Any violation of the foregoing ~ection shall be deemed
a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a
fine not exceeding Three Hundred (~300.00) Dollars or imprisonment
in the County ~ail for a period not exceeding ninety (90) days, or
by both such fine and imprisonment.
SECTION 3.
Ordinance i,o. 123 New ~eries and all other ordinances
or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly
repealed.
