SECTION 1
The Council of the City of Bakersfieid hereby grants to

its successors and assigns, a permit to lay down, construct, maintain
and operate trackage of standard gauge for a railroad spur in, along,

332 and 333 in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of
California, for th'e purpose of facilitating warehouse loading and
shipping at said location, the particular description of said railroad
track necessary for the purpose as aforesaid being as follows:
