OF BAKF~RSFIELD, CALIFORNIA.
BE IT ORD. AINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAI~RSI,'IELD,
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That the hereinafter described property be and the same
is hereby named and shall be known and designated as "ALPINE ST~mT"~
said property being more particularly described as follows:
All that portion of Block 242 and 243, East Bakersfield,
(formerly Sumner), as shown and delineated on Map of
Bakersfield, Kern County, California, recorded ~anu-
ary 12, 1889, in Book 1 of ~aps at pages 15 and 16,
Records of Kern County, California, described as
follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the Northerly
line of said Block 2¢3 and the Westerly line of Sonora
Street as said Sonora Street was established by deed
from ~. R. and Delia WillJams, recorded in Book 32 Of-
ficial Records, at page 299, Records of Kern County,
California; thence North 73* 52' 50" West along the
Northerly line of said B~ock 2~3 a distance of 110.077
feet to a point, the beginning of a curve having a
radius of 25 feet (the bearing of a radial line of
said curve drawn through said last mentioned point
being North 1~ 07' 10" East)~ thence Southwesterly
around said curve having a radius of 25 feet, concaved
to the Southeast, a distance of $6.285 feet to a point
in the Easterly line of Union .Avenue (the bearing of
a radial line of said curve drawn through said last
mentioned point being North 89' 57' 30" West); thence
North 00' 02' 30" East along the Easterly line of
Union Avenue a distance of 1~2.82 feet to a point,
the beginning of a curve having a radius of 35 feet
(the bearing of a radial line of said curve drawn
through said last mentioned point being North 89'

radius of 35 feet, concaved to the Northeast, a dis-
tance of ~.157 feet to a point in the Southerly line'

a distance of 110.303 feet to a point, the beginning

thence around said curve havin~ a radius of 40 feet~
concared to the NortOnvest a distance of 62.832 feet
