as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 369 New Series of the City of Bakersfield
be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto a section to
be known as Section 19,, said section to read as follows:
19.. No passout or return checks shall be issued and persons
leaving the dance hall and its anterooms, shall not be readmitted
thereto except upon payment of the regular admission fee.
I HEREBY CERTI#'"Y that the foregoing Ordinance was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, on the 2rid
day of January, 1946, by the following vote:
