OF SALARY ORDINANCE NO. 700 NE~
SERIES OF THE CITY OF BAKF~SFIELD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELDt
as follows ~
SECTION 1.
That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 700 New Series of the City
of B~kersfieldt entitled "AN E~ERGE~ ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A
SALARY OR WAGE PLAN FOR OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF BAKERS-
FIELD~ CALIFOBNIA, AND REPEALING E~ERGENCY ORDINANCE NO. 672 NEW
SERIES, ORDINANCE NO. 683 h]~¥ SERIES, AND Ehm',.RGENCY ORDINANCE N0. 686
NEW SERIES OF TRE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD~- C~LIFORN/A"~ be and the same
is hereby amended to read as follows~
Section 3. Each employee of the City of Bakersfield
under the classifications hereinafter named shall receive as compensa-
tion for performlD~ the work of his or her position or employment to
which he or she is appointed~ the amount set opposite to respective
classifications of employment.
Further or additional remuneration Or compen..,..sation may be
received by an~ such employee~ as provided by the laws of the State
of Californ~a or by the Charter or Ordinances of the City of Bakers-
field.
