follows:
SECTION 1.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation
engaged in the sale at retail of any of the following articles of
merchandise, to wit:
a. Mattresses, blankets, sheets, comforters, pillows aD~
other bedding.
b. Heating pads and metal hot water bottles, stockings
made of rubber, reducing rollers, water bags and other
rubber goods.
c. Combs, hair brushes, tooth brushes,'barettes, bath brushes,
powder puffs, lipsticks, compacts, broken packages of powder,
creams, rouges.
d. Corsets, brassiers, underwear, union suits, bloomers,
bathing suits, sun suits, girdles and garter-belts. '
e. Articles'made of hair.
f.Hairnets, smmods, veils and other similar articles used
as head coverings.
to accept the return from the purchaser of any of the above-mentioned
articles with the intent of offering them for resale once delivery

has been effected~"
This section shall mmt be construed to prohibit the return of
articles misfittiD~ or defective in their construction, providing
such articles are disinfected before being offered for resale.
SECTION 2.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions
of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than
One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) or by imprisonment in the County Jail
for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days, or by both such fine
a~ imprisonment.
