field~ ~ providi~ therein for progressive p~nts~ Is hereby
approved, ~ the M~or of said City Is hereby authorized to e~cute
said 'agreement.
T~s ordi~e is hereby declared t~ ~ an emerge~y ~as~e
within the me~ of Section ~4 of t~ C~rter of the City of B~ers-
field, State of C~ifo~a~ a~ ~eessa~y for ~e i~ediate prese~va-
tion of the public health, saffety .a~ ~lfare,
~ediate2y upon its passage.
