NO. 410 NE~ SERIF~ OF THE CITY OF B.AKERSFI~r.D.
BE IT 0RDAIi~EDBY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAI~ERSFIE~D~
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Emergency 0rdimmnce No. 410, New Series, of the City
of Bakersfield, be and the same is hereby repealed.
I B~.M~Y CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regu-
lar meetim~ thereof held on the 2nd day of February, 1948~ by the
following vote:
