AN 0RDIN&NCE ,AMENDING SUBDIVISION 9 OF SECTION 1
OF ENERGEN~ ORDINANCE NO. 700, NE'~ SERIES, OF
THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
BE IT ORDAIiqED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Subdivision 9 of Section I of Emergency Ordinance
No. ?00, New Series, be and the same is hereby amended to read as
foll owe:
9. CAPTAIN--FIRE .... $2~ 26~ 27~
Drill Masters ~ ~ paid an
an additional $15'. 00 per month
while serving in such positions.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be effective on and after the let day
of January, 1948o
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meet-
