.AN 0RDIN. ANCE AME~NDING THE DISTRICT NAP
ADOPTED BY SECTION 2.1 OF ZONING 0RDI-
~ANCE NO. %01, NE'er SERIES OF THE CITY
OF RAKERSFI~W.D, CALIFORNIA.
'~tEREAS, in accordance with the procedure specified by
the provisions of Zoning Ordinance No. %01, New Series~ the Plan-
ning Commission and City Council have held hearings on a petibion
and a resolution of said Planning Commission to change' the "District
Map" adopted by Section 2.1 of said ordinance, and
V~AS~ the City Council has determined after due con-
sideration that certain changes in said Nap should be authorized.
NOV~ THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BA2~RSFIE~D, as follows:
SECTION 1.
That the District Nap made a part of Zoning Ordinance No.
%01, New Series, be amended by changing the district boundaries
so as to include the following described territory in an R-1
(Single Family Residential) District:
Ail of the S~V~ of S~ of Section 17, T. 29 S.,
R. 28 E., M. D. B. &.M.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meeting
thereof held on the Sth day of April, 1959, by the following vote:
