AN ORDINANCE REPEALING OP~DINANCE
NO. 79% NEW SERIES OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFI~W.D ~ CAL IFORNZA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PEOPLE OF BAKERSFI.k~.D, as follows:'
That Ordinance No. 79% New 'Series of the City of Bakers-
field entitled: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BAICERSFIELD PROVIDING
FOR THE EST.ABLISH~IENT OF PARKING ~TER ZONES .AND PARKING METER
SRACES~ THE INSTALLATION~ OPERATION .AND MAINTENANCE OF PARKING
METERS, THE DISPOSITION OF MONIES COLLECTED FROM THE USE OF PARKING
METERS .A[~D PROVIDING PEEALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF" be'and
the same is hereby repealed.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing 0r~inance was passed
and adopted by the electors of the City of Bakersfield at a
special election held on the 22nd day of March~ 1959.
