ADOPTED BY SECTION 2~1 OF ZONING ORDI-
NAME NO. 501, NEW ~ERIES OF THE. CITY
'OF BAEERSFI~D, CALIFORNT_A.
WHEREAS, in accordance with the procedure specified by
the provisions of Zonim~ Ordinance No. %01, New Series, the Plan-
ning Commission and City· Council have held hearings on a proposal
to change the "District Map" adopted by Section 2.1 of said ordinance,
and
~S,. the City Council has determined after due con-
sideration that Certain changes in said Nap should be authorized.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAEERSFIEr. D, as. follows:
SECTION 1.
That the District Map made a part of Zoning Ordinance
Ne. %01 New Series, be amended by changing the district boundaries
so as to include the following described territory in a C-1 (Retail
Business) District:
The east one-half of Lot 10, all of Lot 9'and the
west one-half of Lot 8, all in Block 4 of the Sun-
set Park Trac_t_, as shown~on the Map of the City of
Bakersfield, Kern County,. 'California. recorded_.

Records of the Recorder of Kern County, California.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed
and adopted .by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
