GENCY ORDINANCE NO. 689 NEW SERIES OF THE
CITY OF B.AR33RSFIELD~ C.ALIFORNIA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF B.AF~RS-
FIECD, as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 67 of Ordinance No. 689 New Series be and
the same is hereby amended to read as· follows:
67. Right Turns Prohibited at Certain Intersections.
The City Manager may designate any intersection by erecting ap-
propriate signs thereat~ where 'a right turn against a red or "stop"
sign4! is Prohibited. It shall be unlawful for the .driver of a
vehicle to make a right turn against a red or "stop" signal at
any intersection where such signs are erected.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
