.AN ORDINANCE .ADDI~- SECTION 72 TO 0RDI-
NANCE NO. 6%8 NEW SERIES OF THE CITY OF
B.AI~_2tSFII~D, C.~IFORNIA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNC~. OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as· follows:
SECTION 1.
That there is hereby added to Ordinance No. 6%8 New Series
of the Cit~ of Bakersfield, a new section, to be numbered 72~ said
section to read as follows:
72. Unauthorized ParkinE on ~ P~operty. It shall
be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to stop~ stand or
park any vehicle on any property owned'~ or occupied, by the City of
Bakersfield, except in a place where parking is expressly permitted
by order of the City Manager, notice of which permission shall be
given by appropriate signs erected or posted at said place. Parking
at any such. place shall be allowed only by those persons and subject
to the conditions and limitations posted on said signs.
This section shall have no application to officers and
employees of the City of Bakersfield in the actual performance of
their official duties.

adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meeting
thereof held on the.13th day of June, 1949, by the following vote:
