BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAE~RSFI~.D~
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That' the name of the following described street, heretofore
known aD~l designated as Magnolia Street, be and the same is hereby
changed to Goodman Street:
That .portion of Magnolia Street in the City of Bak~rs-
field between the northerly line of Bernard Street and
the westerly line of Alta Vista Drive. Parts of said
street are shown and described upon a map of Tract No.
12%8 recorded in Map Book"% at page !'92, and Map of
Tract No. 1¢%3 recorded in Map Book 6 a% pages 1%9 and
160, Records of Kern County, California; other parts·
of the same are included in territory annexed to the
City of Bakersfield by Ordinances Numbers 782 and 790
New Series·.
