.AN ORDINANCE A~EI'~)ING THE DISTRICT MAP
ADOP2ED BY SECTION 2.1 OF ZONING 0RDI-
NANCE NO. %01, NEW SERIES OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD, C.ALIFORIflA.
V~tEREAS, in accordance with the procedure specified by
the provisions of Zoning Ordinance No. 501., New Series, the Plan-
ning Commission and City Council have held hearings on a pebition
to change the "District Map" adopted by Section 2.1 of said
ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined after due considera-
tion that certain changes in said Map should be authorized.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF B.AKERSFIELD, as follows:
SECTION 1. ·
That the District Map, made a part of Zoning Ordinance No. %01
New Series, be amended by changing the district boundaries so as
to include the territory hereinafter described in an R-3 (Limited
Multiple Residential) District:
That certain property fronting on both sides of Haybert
Cpurt..from Richland Place.toATerrace Way; said property
.consls~i~ of Lots 2, 4, 6, ~, 10, 12,' 15, 16 and 18 in
Block C, and Lots 1, 3, %, 7, 9, 11, 13, 1% and 17 in
Block D, Virginia Tract, as said tract is shown on the
"Map of the City of Bakersfield, Kern County", recorded
January 2%, 1923, in Map Book 3, page 70, records of the
Recorder of the County of Kern.
I HEREBY CERTI~ that the foregoing Ordinance was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meet-
ing thereof held on the 12th day of December, 1959, by the following
vote: -
