MAP .ADOPTED BY_ SECTION.-2.1 OF ZONING
ORDINANCE NO. %01, N~; SERIES OF THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS~ in accordance with the procedure specified by the
provisions of Zoning Ordinance No. %01 New Series, the Planning
Commission and City Council have held hearings on a petition to
change the "District Map" adopted by Section 2~'1 of said 0rdinance$

~EAS, the City 'C6uncil has determined after due considera-
tion that 'certain changes in said map:should be authorized.
N0~V~' THEREFORE, BE IT 0RDAI~I) by the Council of the City
6f Bakersfield, as follows:
Section 1.
That the "District Nap'' made a part of Zoning Ordinance No.
%01 New Series, be, and the same is hereby amended by changing the
district boundaries so as to include the territory hereinafter
described in a C-1 (Retail Business) District:
All of Lot 8, in Block 395, Norther~ Division, City
of Bakersfield~ as shown on the Map of the City 9f Bakers-
field~ Kern county~ California, recorded .April 26, 1889,
in Map Book 1~ Page 2_li Records of Ker?~ County, California$
and the east eighty-two and one-half (~2~) feet of Block
25, Southern Addition, City of Bakersfield as shown on the
map of the City of Bakersfield, Kern County, California,
filed November 2%~ 1898 in Map Book l, Pages 13 and 15,
Records of Kern County~ California.
