AN' ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF COTTON-
WOOD ROAD TO LAKEVIEW AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council ef the City of Bakersfield as
fellows:
SECTION l.
The naw~ of 'that certain street running in a northerly and
East
southerly direction from~alifornia Avenue to the southerly corporate
limits of the City of Bakersfield, now commonly known and designated
as Cottonwood Road, is hereby changed to Lakeview Avenue. Said
Street runs through the Sunset-Mayflower District, the annexation
of which to the City of Bakersfield was approved by Ordinance No. 896
New Series.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that tb~ foregoing Ordinance was passed and'
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, at a regula~ meet-
ing thereof held On the 22nd day of October, 1951, by the following
vote:
