AN ORDINANCE NAMING THE ALLEY LYING EAST-
ERLY OF JEWETT AVENUE BETWEEN 30th AND 34th
STREETS IN THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield.,
as follows :
SECTION 1.
That certain alley lying easterly of Jewett Avenue between
30th Street and 34th Street in the City of Bakersfield, is hereby
named "Claflin Way" .
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall take effect thirty days from and
after the date of its passage.

I MREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 19th day of April, 1954s by the fol-
lowing vote :
