FIXING THE SALARIES OF COUNCI MEN.
= WHEREAS, ' Section .18 of the C-harte,'r of•'.the City`"of Bakersfield
as ratified. and approved .lanuary'.-23', 1915, .pro#ides that the salary .
of bo' un.dilmen' first elected under' said Charter shall be fifty• dollars
