SECTION '2.

after set forth, • to wit
- (1) Said Corporation' shall construct °suitable culverts for
the.:passage of water at. such points as' may be necessary on the road
bed of said 'railroad. and shall.- maintain `the same in proper, repair.'
.(2) Said .Corporation shall'L keep a'l' of - its.-road bed -and tracks.
in said City at the' crossing '01i. said•.Beale Avenue in good .condition
and r.epa:ir w .th :proper slopes to enabie vehicles to pass and :repass
thereon aAd thereover at -all- place's 'where crossings. shall be main-
:- tained• and whenever the streets, 'which cross any of - the: -tracks at
such crossings, are paved :.or repaved said. Corporation shall likewise
Immediately. pave or reprave :said crossings and two feet on the outside
of 'the • out'erriiost rails and thereafter keep and maintain such. crossing
and two• feet• on the- outside of 'the "outermost rails .in good condition .

(3) ' Said. Corporation shall 'adhere to the official -grades. as .are
established by the City of Bakersfield..: . All rail elevations crossing

SECTION 3.

SECTION 4:
