AN .EMERGENCY .ORDINANCE. AMENDING SUBDIVISION (a)
OF SECTION 8 OF ORDINANCE No. 879 NEV SERIES OF
THE CITY OF B,AKERSFIELD.
WHEREAS, an emergency exists: making it necessary to provide
for the daily. Operation of. municipal. departments.
NOW, THI�FtEFORE, BE IT ORDAINED- by the Council of .the: City of
Bakersfield, as follows:
SECTION 1.
That 'sub d.ivi si on (a) of Section 8 of Ordinance No. 8?9 New
Series of the City of Bakersfield be and, the same is hereby amended
by changing the schedule numbers of several classifications and by
adding .:thereto ;a new classification to be known as Senior Appraiser,.
which: said classifications shall be respectively placed in schedules
as follows : .
