ORDINANCE NO.. 1032 NEW SERIES
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBD IV IS ION (a)
OF SECTION 8 OF ORDINANCE NO'. 879 NEW
SERIES OF THE CITY OF BARERSFIELD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF .THE CITY. OF BAKERSF IELD,
as follows;
SECTION 1:
That Subdivision (a) of Section' 8 of Ordinance No. 879 New
Series, of the City of Bakersfield, be and the same. is, hereby amend-
ed by changing the schedule number of City Planner from Schedule 30
to Schedule 32, as amended•.'by -Ordinance No. 951;.-N.S.
SECT-ION 2.'
This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from and after
the date of- its passage.

I HEREBY CERTIPY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield. at a regular meeting
thereof, held on. the 27th day .of.December, 1954; by the lollowing .
