, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3.01. OF ZONING
ORDINANCE NO. 101.0,.."NEW SERIES OF THE.•CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD, BY -CHANGING THE ZONING OF THAT
CERTAIN PROPERTY WEST. OF . JEWETT AVENUE AND
SOUTH OF 32nd STREET.
WHEREAS; �'in accordance with the .procedure set- forth' in, tYie pro-
visions-':of Zoning Ordinance No. 1010,. New Series, of the City of
Bakersfield; the Planning Commission and City Council have held
hearings on a petition to change .the zoning of certain property .
within 'said. Ci ty, and
WHEREAS., .the City Council has.-determined after due consideration
that--said zon'_:rig' change' :should, be authorized.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE. IT- ORDAINED,-BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF.

the, zoning of certain property in said City, as follows :
Changing the zoning. boundaries from an M"l (Light Manufacturing)
Zone to an M-2 (General Manufacturing) Zone of that .pr.operty describ-
