AN -ORDINANCE AMENDING EMERGENCY ORDINANCE '
NO. -582, NEW SERIES OF THE CITY OF BAKERS;-
FIELDS CALIFORNIA, BY ADDING THERETO TWO.-
STREETS TO .BE DESIGNATED AS'MAJOR CITY STREETS.
BE IT'-ORDAINED by the Council of the City ofBakersfield; '
as follows;..
•SECTION 1-;
That Emergency Ordinance No. 5.822 New Series of the -City. of
-B-akersfield be. and the same is. amended "by adding thereto two
streets :.as major city streets, to be numbered 44_ and' 45, as follows:.
'44.• Union Avenue from the southerly line of. 34th -Street to its
. northerly merging . line with Panorama Drive.
45.• " Panorama Drive from Union Avenue. to the easterly limits '
.of. the.•Ci.'ty .pf, Bakersfield.
The aforesaid streets are hereby selected and designated .as major. city
streets .
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty days from and
after the.date of its .pas.sage.
I 'HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed and
adopted by the. -council of the City. of Bakersfield at a regular meet-
ing thereof .held on the 2nd day of July•,- 1956.,- by the following .vote;.
