CERTAIN PROPERTY ON T~ EASTERLY SIDF. OF
STREET BET~EEN T?~.NTY~SIXTH AIJ. D TWENTY-SEVENTH

W-HEREAS, in accordance with the procedure set forth in the
provisions of Zoning Ordinance No. 1010, New Series of the City of
B~kersfield, the Planning Commission and City Council have held hear~
ings respectively, on a pstition to change the zoning of certain property
within ~aid City, hereinafter described, and'
WHER?,;-.S, the City Council has determined after due considera-
tion that said zoning change should be authorized.
NOW, Ti~-REFORE, BE '.iT 0RD.~IN.ED by the Council of the City of
Bskersfield, a.~ follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 3.01 of Zoning Ordinance No. 1010, I~!ew Series of
the City of Bakersfiele~ Do and the same is hereby amended by chang~
lng the zoning of certsin property in said city as follows:
Changing the zoning from a C-1 (limited commercial) Zone
to a C-2 (Commercial.) Zone of the following described
property:
Lots ll-20, inclusive, Plock 486, Northern Division,
Citer of .~akersfield, as per map recorded November 25,
1896, in I~'iap Book l, Psges 13 and 1;,, in the Office
of the County 6f Kern, State of California.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall take effect thirty days from and after
the date of its passage.
