~E~S, in accordance with the procedure set forth in the'
provisions of Zoning 0r~nance No. 1010, New Series, of the 0ity/ef
Bakersfield, the Pla~ing Co~ssion

tion of the petition and the reco~endation of .the Pla~i~ Oo~ission,
herein on file, together with the reasons advanced at the hearing for
a c~e of. zoni~ of said properties, that Said zoni~ c~ngea should
be authorized.

SECTION 1.
That Section 3.01 of Zoni~ 0rdi~nce No. 1010, New genies
of the City of Bakersfield, he and the s~e is~ ~eby ~ended by c~ng-
i~ the zoni~ of those certain properties in said Ci~ as follows:
(a) Changi~ the zoning.fr~ an R-1 (One-F~ily ~ell-
i~) Zone to a O'O (Professional Office) Zone of
that certain property located on the. easterly side
of Mt. Vernon Avenue northerly of C~is~s Tree
Lane, bei~ more particularly described as follows:
Begi~i~ at a point on the intersection of the
easterly line of Mt. Vernon Avenue and northerly
line of C~int~s T~ee L~e; ~hence northerly along
the easterl2 line of Mt. Vernon Avenme a distance'
of 912 feet; thence easterly and parallel with the

of 160 feet; thence southerly, and parallel with

Beginning at a polar on the intersection of the west-
erly line of Dana Street and the northerly .line of
