AN ORDINANCE REP~.LINO ORDINANCE NO. 11.61,
" NEW SERIES, OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
· . BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield,
as follows: :
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 461, New Series, of the City of Bakers-
field be and Nme same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be effective thirty days from and
after the date of its passage.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meeting
