AN ORDINANCE ALTERING THE BOUNDARIES OF
THE FIRST, THIRD AND SIXTH WARDS OF TKE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA.
BE IT OHDAINED by the CouncX1.. el' the City of Bakersfield, as
follows: ..
SECTION 1.
The bo~mdaries of the First Ward of the C~ty of Bakersfield
hereby altered so a.s to include therein that certain parcel of terri-
tor~ designated as MT. VERNON NO. 1, heretofore annexed to the
of Bakersfield by, and more specifically described in O~dinance
No. 1163, New Series.
SECTION 2.
That the boundaries of the Third Ward of the City of Bakersfield
are hereby altered so as to include therein, those certain pemcels
of territory heretofore annexed to the City of Bakersfield, which
said parcels o.f territory bear the following designations and are
specifically described in the respective ordinances as followss COLLEGE
'HEIGHTS NO. 2, annexed under Ordinance No. 1170, New Series~ and
GANNON NO. 1, annexed unde~ 0~dinance No. 1184, New. Series.
SECTION 3.
The boundaries of the Sixth Wamd of the City of Bakersfield are
hereby altered so as to include therein, that certain payee1 of terri-
tory designated as SPRUCE ADDITION NO. 1, heretofore anneXed to the
City of Bakersfield, and more specifically described in Ordinance
No. 1188, New Series.
This Ordinance shall be effective thirty days from and after
the date of its passage.
