WHEREAS, an emergency~_e_-xists· making it nec.essa~y to provide
for the daily operation of a municipal departm_e~t.
'-I~OW, THEREFORE, 'BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield, ss follows:
SECTION 1.
" 'That' Subdivision (a) of Section 11 of Emergency Ordinance-.
" No. 1095, New Series, be ~.nd the same is hereby amended by adding
t~hereto :~a. new 'classi£ication~': to wit: ... Personnel Clerk,
an~-by changing the schedule n~'~;~ers of Mechanic and Mechanic's Helper,
which said cIassificattcns sh.-ll be placed in the respective schedules,
as follows:

SECTION 2.
