AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3.01 (ZONING
MAP) OF 0RDINANOE NO. 1010, NEW SERIES OF
THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, BY CHANGING TEE
ZONING OF CERTAIN-PROPERTY IN SAID CITY...
· WHEREAS, in accordance With the procedure set forth in the
provisions of zoning Ordinance No. lO10, New Series of the City of..
... 'Bakersfield, 'the Planning Commission and City Council have held
hearings r'espectively~ 'on a petition to change the zoning of
c?rtain property within said City, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined after due conside?a-
tion of said petition and the recommendations of the Planning Cem-
misslo~"herein on file', together with the reasons advanced at the
hearings for a. change of zoning of said property, that said zoning-
'~ change., should be authorized. .. ....
NOW, THEREFORE,~.BE IT ORDAINED by the 0ouncil of the Cit~. of
Bakersfield, as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 3.01 (Zoning Map) of Zoning Ordinance No. 1010,.
.New Series of the City of Bakersfield, be and the same is herebT'"-"'/
amended by changing the' zoning of certain property in said City, the
_'boundaries of which property are shown on the map hereto attached
'li.-'and made a par't of this ordinance, as follows:
Changing the zoning~from an.R-3 (Limited Multiple-Famil~
Dwelling) Zone te an R-3-P (Limited Multiple-Family Dwell~g--
__ Automobile Parking) Zone of that certain property in

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed and
