The bo~mdaries of the Third Ward of the City· of Bake~sfiald
are hereby altered So as to include therein those -oe.~_$ain parcels-
o£ territory hereto£ore annexed to the City of Bake~sffeld by -:'.'
Ordinance No..1267, New Serie,~ of the City of Bakersfield, Whi~""
territory is designated as "COLLEGE HEIGHTS }!0. 6" and-~'"ts specifi-
cally de,6ribe'd in said Ordinance, and by ResolutiOn of the Board
of Supervisors' of the County of Kern, of that certain parcel of
territory designated as "SIE.ION. PARK."
SECTION 2.
The boundaries of the Si×th Ward of the City of Bakersfield
are hereby altered so as to include therein those certain Parce!s' .'~'
of ter~itory heretofore annexed to the City of Bakersfield by ordi-
nances of said City,' which pa2cels of territory bear the following'
designations and' are specifically described in the respective ordi-
nances as follows: "GREENE,S TRACT NO. 2"., annexed' under Ordinance
No."'123~, New Series; "'REAL ACRES_NO 3" .annexed under Ordinance
'No. t240, New' Series; "'~ITE LANrE NO ~" annexed under Ordinance"
