AN ORDINANCE AHENDING SECTION ~.01 (ZONING
HAP) OF ORDINANCE NO. 1010, NE~ SERIES OF
THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, B~CHANGING THE
ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERT~IN SAID CITgo
WHEREAS, in accordance with the p~ocedu~e set forth in the
p~ovisions of Zoning O~dinance No, 1010, New Series of the City. of
Bake~sfield, the Planning Commission and City Council have held
heavings ~espectively, on a motion of the Planning Commission to
change the zoning of certain p~ope~ti®s within said City, and
~ItEREAS, the City Council has determined after due con-
side~atton of said motion and the recommendation of the Planning
Commission on file herein, togethe~ with the ~easons advanced.at
the heavings fo~ a change of zoning of said. p~operttes, that said
zoning c.hange should be authorized..
NO~, THEREFORE, ~. IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of
Bake~sfield, as follows:
SECTION 1o
That Section 3°01 (Zoning Hap) o£ Zoning 0~dlnance No. 1010,
New Series of the City of Bake~sfield, be and the same is hereby
amended by changing the zoning of certain p~ope~ty in said City,
the boundavies of which property ave shown on the .map hereto attached
and made a pavt of this ordinance, as follows:
Changing the zoning boundaries f~om an R-3 (limited
~ultiple-Famtly D~elltng) Zone to a C-0 (P~ofesstonal
Office) Zone of that property lying Northerly of 2J~th
Street and Easterly of "C# Street, being more par-
ticula~ly described as Lots 11-1~, inclusive, Block
469D, City of Bake~sfield, as pe~ map ~eco~ded
November 25, 1898, in Map Book 1, Pages 13 and
the office of the County Reco~de~, County of Xe~n,
State of Califo~niao
Changing the zoning boundavies from an R-3 (Limited
Multiple Famtly D~elling) Zone to a C-O (P~ofesstonal
Office) Zone of that certain p~ope~ty located on
Southerly side of 24th Street betwe6n "Ce and "E"
Streets being mo~e pavticulavly described as Lots 1-10,
inclusive, Block 468A; Lots 6-10, inclusive, and lots
11-1~, inclusive, Block 1~9, City of Bakersfield, as
per map ~ecorded Novembe~ 2~, 1§98 in Hap Book 1,
?ages 13 and 14, in the orifice off ~he County Reco~de~,
County off Ke~n, State of Caltfo~nia.
Changing the zonins boundaries £~om an R-3 (Limited

Comme~cial) Zone of that certain p~ope~ty located on
the Southeasterly co~ne~ off 2~th and ,~e Streets,
being mo~e particularly described as Lots ll-l~, in-

and 14, in the office of the County Reco~de~, County
of Ke~n, State of Califo~niao
SECTION 2o
This o~dtnance shall take effect thirty days f~omand
the date of its passage.
