AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBDIVISION (c) OF
SECTION 13 0~ ORDINANCE NO. 109~, NEW SERIES
OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield,
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That subdivision (c) of Section 13 of Ordinance No. 109~,
New Series of the City of Bakersfield be and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
(c) School crossing guards employed as such on a temporary
and seasonal basis as provided herein, shall receive an hourly com-
pensation of $1.6~ for each hou~ so worked as a school crossing guard.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 1st day of August, 1960, by the following
