AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 7.64 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF BAKERS-
FIELD.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield,
as follows:
SECTION lo
That Chapter 7o64 of the Municipal Code of the City of
Bakersfield be, and the same is hereby repealed.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 31st day of October, 1960, by the follow-
ing vote:
