That the annexation of that certain inhabited territory con-
tiguous to the City of Bakersffield designated as "Brite NOo 2" be
and the smne ts hereby approved upon the terms contained in the
aforesaid questfon which was s~bmitted at the special election held
on the 7th day of March9 i961o Said territory is described as follows:
A parcel of land situate in the County of Kern, State of Caltfornta~
and being a portion of Section $19 Township 29 South, Range 28 Bast~
Mo Do Mo~ also a portion of Section 69 Township 30 South, Range 28
