AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 7.12 ENTIT¥~W.D
"CONTRACTORS-REt}ISTRATION AND BONDS," OF
TITT.W. 7 OF THE MUNICIPAT; CODE OF THE~CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield,
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Chapter 7.12 entitled "Contractors-Registration and
Bonds," of Title 7 of the Municipal Code of the City of Bakersfield
be and the same is hereby repealed.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, at a regular
