AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 7.12 ENTITLED
"OONTRACTORS'REI}ISTRATION AND BONDS," OF
TITLE 7 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY 0F
BAKERSFIELD ·
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield,
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Chapter 7.12 entitled "Contractors-Registration and
Bonds," of Title 7 of the Municipal Code of the City of Bakersfield
be and the same is hereby repealed.
