3.72 (HOLIDAY W~K PAY) OF ~ M~ICIPAL C~ OF

B~ IT GRDAINE) by the Council of the City of Bakersfield as
follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 3.72°080 of Chapter 3.72 of the Municipal Code of
the City of Bakersfield be and the same is hereby amended to read as
follows:
All work performed on leial holidays which have been desilnated
by a Resolution of the City Council as official holidays pursuant to
Section 3.64.330 of this chapter shall be paid for at the rate of time
and one halft except that in the event one of the legal holidays falls
on a Sunday and the £ollowing day (Monday) is declared a holiday by a
Resolution of the City Council, then Monday only will be considered
a legal holiday for pay purposes.
I HER2BY CI~RTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 27th day of December, 1960, by the following vote:
