SECTION 1 o
The meetings of the Board of Connuisstone~s of the Transit
Authority of the City of Bakersfield shkll be held tn the Council
Chambers of the City Hall, l~01 T~txtun Avenue, Bakersfield, Cali-
fornia, at such times as may be f~xed by resolution of said Board
of Cowwnisstone~s.
SECTION 2.
That OPdinance Noo 1226, New Series, be and the sm-e ts
hePeb~ ~epealed.
SECTION 30
This oPdtnanee shall bo effective thirty days f~om and
the date of its adoption.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the fo~egoing Ordinance was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bake~sfield at a ~egula~ meeting
thereof held on the 8th day of May, 1961, by the following vote'.
