(SPEED LIMIT ON SOUTH H STP~E~ OF TItE
HUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakers£ield as
follows:
That Section 11.04.??0 (Speed L~m~t on South H Stree[t) of the
Hunicipal Code of the City of Bakersfield be and the same is hereby
amended to read as £ollo~s:
Il.04.??0 Speed lib'it on Sou~h H Street. A prima facie speed
of 35 miles per hour is hereby determined and declared to be the pr~m~
facie speed at which vehicles may travel on South H Street be~een
the southerly line of Terrace Way and the northerly line of Planz Road.
